At Estate Masters Limited, we recognize the immense value that External Sales Agents bring to our team. You are the face of our company to prospective clients, and as such, we are committed to supporting your efforts with a transparent, fair, and rewarding policy structure.
Entry Policy
Commissions are valid for a period of 7 working days after full payment confirmation from the client.
Agents are eligible for commission after at least 80% of the client's payment has been made.
This applies to clients on both outright and instalment payment plans (3, 6, or 12 months).
Agents must complete a Commission Claim Form and attach a valid copy of their ID.
Claim verification includes:
- Confirming claim details with the agent.
- Correcting any discrepancies.
- Submitting verified claims to the Managing Director for final approval.
Once approved, payment is processed.
All payments will be made to an account belonging to the agent—either a mobile money (MoMo) wallet or a bank account.
Any agent who files inaccurate commission claims more than three consecutive times will be blacklisted and may be removed from future engagement.
