Yes. Residents contribute a security fee to support estate security services, including guards, patrols, and gate management, which is GHC 360 annually.

The amenities levy is a contribution paid by all property owners within our estates. It covers the cost of providing basic amenities like Water and Electricity.

Our lands are sold as leasehold, typically for 50 to 80 years, depending on location and nationality. Leasehold is renewable through the Lands Commission.

The indenture and certification plan take six weeks to complete.

The barcoded site plan will be completed in 8 weeks.

Yes. All building projects require internal approval to ensure compliance with estate planning standards. Security clearance is also part of the process.

Our lands are well serviced with internal roads and easy access to water and electricity.

Yes. We provide demarcated roads within our estates.

We visits the site on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 am for FREE, and on Saturdays at 9 am for a FEE of Ghc 50 only.

Absolutely. We organize free site visits for New Clients on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 am and on Saturdays at 9 am for a FEE of GHC 50.00 only. Book an appointment with our Customer Service Representative to join the next scheduled trip.
We conduct Old Clients site visit on Wednesdays and Thursdays twice in a month.

Estates are planned with access to electricity and water. However, connections are fully done when the community reaches an approved capacity by GWC and ECG.

Yes. Once full payment and documentation are complete, the land becomes your property and you may resell if desired.

Yes, as with all properties, annual land rates or local taxes may apply depending on location.
