We have two locations currently: the first site is located in the Ningo Prampram District, 15 minutes’ drive from the central university, and the second site is located at Tsopoli, adjacent to the Saglemi housing project, and close to the newly proposed airport city
The amenities levy is a contribution paid by all property owners within our estates. It covers the cost of providing basic amenities like Water and Electricity.
Yes, we have land designated for business use. Warehouses, clinics, schools, stores, and sports fields are a few of these business endeavors.
Our lands are sold as leasehold, typically for 50 to 80 years, depending on location and nationality. Leasehold is renewable through the Lands Commission.
The indenture and certification plan take six weeks to complete.
The barcoded site plan will be completed in 8 weeks.
Yes. All building projects require internal approval to ensure compliance with estate planning standards. Security clearance is also part of the process.
Our lands are well serviced with internal roads and easy access to water and electricity.
The outstanding balance will be subject to a 5% fee.
Management will have to check and approve your architectural plan.

We visits the site on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 am for FREE, and on Saturdays at 9 am for a FEE of Ghc 50 only.
Each estate or community has a platform made up of residents and company representatives. The platform helps coordinate community activities, create sense of belonging, share ideas on building a sustainable community, enforce policies, manage common facilities, and ensure security.
Absolutely. We organize free site visits for New Clients on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 am and on Saturdays at 9 am for a FEE of GHC 50.00 only. Book an appointment with our Customer Service Representative to join the next scheduled trip.
We conduct Old Clients site visit on Wednesdays and Thursdays twice in a month.
Estates are planned with access to electricity and water. However, connections are fully done when the community reaches an approved capacity by GWC and ECG.
Yes. Once full payment and documentation are complete, the land becomes your property and you may resell if desired.
Our lands are located at Tsopoli near Ningo Senior High School
Our Nest cottage site is about 10 minutes’ drive from Tsopoli town; and 7 minutes’ drive to Shilo city.
Our Greens court and Hope city site which is about three minutes’ drive from the District Assembly and about four minutes’ drive from Hamadiya Secondary School respectively.
Our Palm Hills site is located at Panfokrom, 5 minutes’ drive from Hamadiya Secondary school, Potsin.
It takes six weeks for your site plan and indenture to be ready for pick up.
We can help you conduct an official search at the lands commission by submitting copies of your site plan to the commission.
